Minus the calloused hands, dirty work boots and 2-ton pickup truck, Matt Mroczka is the closest thing TMP has to a construction foreman. He oversees digital projects from inception to delivery, ensures that budgets are adhered to, and keeps the proverbial ball rolling
A Pennsylvania native who's called Phoenix, Cape Cod and now Queens home, Matt is a man comfortable in any surroundings. Whether it's bossing around "creatives" to watch their hours or bombarding piano bar patrons with his raucous cabaret act, Matt remains himself. He's a rugby-loving, theater-holic, "only child" martini enthusiast with lots of energy, twice the personality, and really broad shoulders. And oh yeah, he's a man who loves his job, which is in essence producing websites for TMP.
Matt immerses himself in his projects. Around the office he's known simply as "T" for T-Mobile. Of all the sites he's commandeered, T-Mobile's his baby, and it stands tall as one of TMP's most creative and successful efforts.
