Tom Smith - Regional Vice President
Mr. Smith has over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry and is responsible for the development and growth of staff and client relationships in TMP's South-Central region. He works with the account development team and senior management to set the direction for the branches in accordance with company goals and values, while ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention through regular interaction with the clients and account teams. Prior to his current role, Tom was Vice President/General Manager in the Texas market. Mr. Smith began working for TMP Worldwide's Monster Board in 1997 as an early pioneer in the online recruitment space.
