Emerson Moore- General Counsel
Mr. Moore brings to TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC a wealth of hands-on corporate legal experience. Prior to joining TMP, Mr. Moore was an associate in the Corporate Department at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he was engaged in a broad ranging mergers and acquisitions practice representing clients that included private equity funds, global financial institutions and Fortune 500 corporations. As TMP's General Counsel, Mr. Moore is responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as future acquisitions.
