Ron Blum - Senior Vice President, Operations
Mr. Blum brings over 24 years of experience in the recruitment advertising field and was an early pioneer in the fiercely competitive healthcare recruitment advertising niche. In his current role, Ron has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of TMP's customer service. Prior to his current position, Ron was Sr. Vice President of Healthcare for both TMP and Monster.com. He began working for TMP in 1999 after his former company, Cameron-Newell, was acquired. Following the acquisition, Mr. Blum was appointed to the position of Vice President/General Manager with operational and management responsibilities for the Atlanta and South-Central regions.
